The Central Enfield City Learning Centre offers a comfortable, attractive environment for school students and teachers to access the latest developments that could enhance teaching and learning in your school or subject area.
We work with students and teachers on a variety of cross-curricular, technology-based projects. Whether it’s film-making, podcasting, stop-frame-animation or web design, from CADCAM to music technology, we can support schools in helping to realise the full potential that the latest technologies offer to enhance teaching and learning.
Today we visited the CLC Centre in Enfield Town Known for its subsequently advanced technology and software.
We ventured there today to view and edit our preliminary tasks.
It was an exciting experiencing using the pr software for the first time in comparison to my basic windows movie maker at home and editing my work showed promise.
It was fun using the apple mac PCs - to be honest I'm aiming to get one for myself for future experiences.
It seems to be in a league on its own.
I felt as if I was learning to use a PC all over again perhaps a slight over exaggeration but it was intriguing.
I have so far gotten half way in editing my work seeing that I didn't have enough time due to the double period lesson which only holds fifty minutes each.
However, the editing I have accomplished so far is commendable resulting in a consistent continuity and I hope to improve more. :)
